This page explains the cookies and similar in-browser storage the LUMA storefront uses. We keep it deliberately minimal: no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

• Session cookies — when you sign in as a member (or when our owner signs into the dashboard), a secure, HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in. It expires when the session ends or after a set period, and cannot be read by scripts.

3. Local browser storage (similar technology)

• Shopping bag — your bag is remembered in your own browser between visits;
• Currency preference — your USD/ZMW display choice;
• Owner preview — dashboard drafts are held in the owner’s browser only.

None of this data leaves your device except as needed to place your order.

4. No third-party tracking

We do not run advertising pixels, social-media trackers or cross-site tracking on this site. If we ever add analytics, we will update this notice and only use privacy-respecting, anonymised tooling.

5. Managing cookies

Your browser settings let you view and delete cookies and site data. Clearing them will empty your bag and sign you out — nothing else is affected. Guidance: Chrome (clear browsing data → cookies and site data), Safari (Privacy → Manage Website Data), Firefox (Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data).

6. Changes to this notice

If our use of cookies or storage changes, we will update this page and note the effective date.
